3D printers are high-quality rapid prototyping machines, but using one is not always simple. What matters most is how much time and material a 3D printer saves, how efficiently it runs and how good the printed parts look. The Cubicon 3D printer has several features that cut the time needed to prepare and run a print as much as possible.
A trusted rapid prototyping machine
Cubicon has four main 3D printer lines: the Cubicon Style, the Cubicon Single 2016, the Cubicon Single Plus 2016 and the Cubicon Lux. Three of these lines are now available in Vietnam. All of them are developed by HyVISION, made 100% in Korea and distributed exclusively in Vietnam by 3D Vietnam. Cubicon printers stand out for their design, special features and high safety. They also include features that make setup and operation much faster, many times faster than other machines on the market.
Automatic print settings:
The licensed 3D printing software saves 70% of setup time compared with ordinary 3D printing software.
Self-heating print bed:
Forget spending 10 or 20 minutes covering the bed with tape, glue stick or super glue. Cubicon’s self-heating glass bed does the job, saving you about 20 minutes per print compared with ordinary 3D printers. Parts stick firmly to the bed, and the risk of a failed print drops to almost 0%. You save even more time and filament (that would be lost on failed prints) compared with an ordinary 3D printer.
Automatic bed leveling
On top of that, the Cubicon bed levels itself electronically using a CAM mechanism. The Cubicon printer finishes this in 3 minutes. With an ordinary 3D printer, leveling the bed by hand takes at least an hour, and the result is not very accurate. Cubicon’s CAM mechanism is up to 99% accurate. Surprising? For Cubicon it is simple. That is more than 20 times less time spent leveling the bed. Who wouldn’t want that?

Frequently asked questions
Why level the print bed before 3D printing?
A level bed keeps the gap between the nozzle and the bed surface even across the whole area. If it is off, the first layer ends up too thick in some spots and too thin in others, which leads to parts coming loose, warping or a clogged nozzle.
What does a heated print bed do?
A heated bed keeps the first layer of plastic from cooling too fast, so the part sticks firmly and the edges are less likely to curl. This matters most when printing ABS, PETG and other materials that shrink easily.
How is automatic bed leveling different from manual leveling?
Automatic leveling uses a sensor to measure several points on the bed, and the software compensates for any offset while printing. It saves time and depends less on user experience. Manual leveling still gives good results, but you have to adjust the screws and check with paper or a feeler gauge several times.
Do I need to put tape or glue on the print bed?
It depends on the bed surface and the material. A heated glass bed or PEI sheet usually gives enough adhesion for PLA and PETG without glue. For ABS or nylon, a thin layer of dedicated bed adhesive helps parts stick better.
How can I reduce failed prints when I am new to 3D printing?
Start with the manufacturer’s ready-made profiles for each filament, check the first layer carefully and keep your filament dry. Cleaning the bed often and printing a small test part before a large one also cuts waste.
