- Bachelor degree within Civil, HVAC (Thermoelectric cooling major), Marine or Mechanical engineer.
- Experience in people management and works organization.
- Experience in high standard accommodation works (4 stars hotels, resorts, etc.)
- Experience in carpenter works (wood work, light panels work, furniture fabrication).
- Experience in floor installation (vinyl, tiling, carpets…etc.).
- Experience in insulation (rockwool & cladding).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Basic computer knowledge and AUTO-CAD basic knowledge.
