Details:
1- It is the only printer line that can print flexible TPU, for parts with rubber-like elasticity.
2- It prints ABS. ABS has strong mechanical properties for parts that need toughness, stiffness, durability, a smooth surface and better heat resistance than PLA. PLA does not meet these ABS criteria. Printers assembled in Vietnam can’t print ABS because their open build area is easily affected by outside temperatures, which makes parts warp and deform, and with no internal heat convection the print cools down suddenly.

What products is TPU 3D printing used for?
TPU is a flexible, elastic plastic. It is often used to print gaskets, shock-absorbing pads, phone cases, straps, non-slip grips and parts that need to bend without breaking. Print TPU slower than PLA so the filament doesn’t jam.
What does slicing software do in 3D printing?
Slicing software turns a 3D file such as an STL into thin layers and creates the commands that control the printer, including nozzle path, speed, temperature, layer height, infill density and support material. These settings directly affect print quality and print time.
How does layer height affect a 3D print?
Thinner layers give a smoother surface and smoother curves, but take longer to print. Thicker layers print faster and suit rough prototypes or parts where looks don’t matter much. Users usually choose layer height based on what the part is for.
Is an odor filter system on a 3D printer really necessary?
It is highly recommended if the printer sits in an office or classroom, especially when printing ABS. The filter reduces plastic odor and the ultrafine particles released when plastic melts, making the workspace more pleasant and safer.
Can I 3D print a part larger than the print bed?
Yes. Split the model into several parts in software, print them separately, then join them with glue, locating pins or bolts. When splitting, place the cut lines where they least affect the look, and add joints so the parts fit together accurately.
